Ingredients: Our Flax Heating Pads are made with organic flax seeds and organic cotton.

How to Use: Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, or until warm (but not too hot). Or, place in oven and begin preheating to a low setting and warm until desired temperature. Place onto desired area for pain-relief, relaxation, and more.  We recommend using it with the Castor Oil Detox Packs.
